Cancer Cleanse

The most exciting news comes from the 5th GcMAF Immunology Conference held in Moscow on the 25th – 27th November 2016.   To date 200 scientists from eight nations have written 120 GcMAF research papers.  Their main focus of study so far has been with cancer and the result: “Astonishing Success” – Dr David Noakes

In South Africa, we are lucky to have Winning Performance produce GcMAF to their high standard. They have already had positive reports from now cancer free clients!

We have one Parkinson’s Disease sufferer who  found, after only two weeks on our GcMAF,   his affected arm was not so stiff. We know of another man who’s symptoms of PD reduced by 60% since taking GcMAF. It is still too early to tell if there will be a total cure for PD.  However, we have had reports of total cures for cancer after three months of taking GcMAF, but lifestyle changes (below) do need to be made as well.

With a 90% success rate in treating cancer, GcMAF is our hero product. It is simple, non invasive or harmful, in fact  good for you, cancer or no cancer! The first eleven steps (below) are sensible suggestions for gaining all round good health, but especially if you do have cancer.

1. GcMAF

It is a Vitamin D binding protein (known as Gc protein) and Macrophage Activating Factor.
The important little vitamin D protein in our cellular structure is inhibited by nagalase secreted by virus-infected cells and is then unable to provide a cellular defense system against it. Macrophages are important components of human defense systems and consequently key to anti-tumor immunity.
GcMAF is known to activate the macrophage to perform its defense duties again.
There are two different capsules, open and pour the contents under the tongue, one then the other capsule. When mixed they make GcMAF. 2. Medicinal mushrooms

This is in tincture form for greater absorption and efficacy of this product. It so good it will eliminate the need for most multi vitamin tablets, from a natural food source, the body uses it well.  Important to take with the GcMAF. basket

3. Remove heavy metals from the body.

This can be done by taking EDTA capsules.
Take the capsules for six months if this is your first time. Thereafter twice a year in January and July for the rest of your life. This is because we ingest and breath in heavy metals all the time. 4. Take ProBiotic:

ProBiotic together with the Medicinal Mushroom and GcMAF create a magic trio.  This is not necessary to purchase if you purchase our GcMAF as it contains this ProBiotic.

If possible, add in some homegrown probiotic as well. Get hold of some Kefir granules (Check gumtree/health shops) to make your own Kefir. Kefir has acidophilus for upper and lower intestine and is a powerful gut food.

5. Do the 30-day detox

This is our Step One of a four step internal cleanse program.
This not only helps eliminate parasites, toxins and waste build-up (faecal plaque & mucous) from the intestine thereby cleaning the gut, but include an iron tablet at night and the sweet wormwood extract that is within these products is known to attack cancer cells.

6. Stop all carbs

Carbohydrates feed cancer cells!

7. Stop all sugars

Sweets, chocolates, fruit juices, sweeteners, and alcohol, this does not include non-sugary spirits like whisky.    “Sugar Doesn’t Just Feed Cancer Cells, It Produces Them”

8. Eat plenty of veggies

Especially cruciferous vegetables. There are four of them, Brussels sprouts, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage.

9. Eat protein with every meal.

Eggs are an easy excellent source of omega 3.

10. Remove galls stones

One of the hardest working organs, the liver has over 400 functions and deserves to be assisted by a filter cleanse!   Your blood also needs to be clean, free of gall stones and given all the help it can get. This is an overnight procedure that may safely be done at home.   A thorough Liver Cleanse every 3 months makes sure your body’s filter is clean and free of blockages.

11. Fast

After your last meal of the day, fast. Try not to eat again before 12:00 or 13:00 hrs, the next day. Fasting hinders cancer growth.

12. Selenium

Selenium is known to be anti-cancer and a preventative, eating two Brazil nuts a day will suffice!
Research has shown that people who have cancer who were then tested for selenium, have very low levels in their cellular structure. A problem protein in cancer cells called “Bcl-2” is blocked by selenium. Selenium also helps repair damaged DNA and enhances the immune system.
The good news is that you can easily eat enough selenium on a daily basis.
Levels of 200 micrograms of selenium a day are felt to be beneficial, but more than 900 micrograms has been proven to be toxic resulting in hair loss and diseased nails.
The food high in selenium are:
Brazil Nuts – 2 nuts a day will do! (6 – 8 nuts = 544 mcg)
Yellowfin tuna, Canned Sardines, Grass-fed beef, Turkey, Beef Liver, Chicken = 250g grams = about 200 mcg
1 large free range egg = 15 mcg
1 Cup spinach = 11 mcg.

13. Bicarbonate Soda

Hokey Pokey!?!  Lots of controversial information about this. Apparently, sodium bicarbonate helps to increase the pH of the blood thus making the cancer patient more alkaline. Tumors grow in a low pH or acidic environment. We would not recommend an IV of bicarb (we have seen this on offer), but certainly a pinch into your drinking water would not hurt.

For us at Autoimmune Free, we would prefer you to take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning and evening to balance your body’s ph levels.  A bicarb bath? Well why not! (except if you live in Cape Town – get your partner to give you an exfoliating rub of the stuff before you jump into the shower).

14. Ask your health care professional for high-dose vitamin C intravenous (IV) infusion

High dose vitamin C intravenously (through a vein into the bloodstream) administered is said to be effective for cancer. When taken by intravenous infusion, vitamin C can reach much higher levels in the blood than when the same amount is taken by mouth. Vitamin C taken orally has not proven effective. Read More

We have heard stories of people flying across the globe to have this done. If you are interested in doing a Vit C IV, we have been told that the Skin Renewal clinics do it. Feedback to us has been of mixed results.

Leukaemia

People with Leukaemia should eliminate all foods except carrots. Juice carrots six times a day for 90 days. You can add half an apple to two of your juices a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, to change in taste should you wish.  Please include numbers 1 to 4 above.

Exercise

Exercise is important, just do what you can and build yourself up.
Choose your favourite cardio exercise (this could even be just walking) and do interval training. Interval training has shown to be effective in fitness training and is a clever trick for us everyday folk.
1. Get warmed up by doing the exercise slowly for 3/5 minutes
2. Then go as fast as you can for 30 seconds
3. Recover by going slow for a minute
4. Repeat this building up to half an hour.
5. Warm down, taking it easy for 3 to 5 minute.

We enjoy doing this form of cardio training using a stationary bicycle:.
Make sure the bike is setup correctly for you before starting.
1. Start with an easy start, pedaling about 3/5 minutes to warm up.
2. Go as fast as you can for thirty seconds.
3. Take it easy for a minute.
4. Repeat for half an hour.
(Your breathing will increase after the second or third burst this is normal.)
It does not have to be to on the hardest setting but you will have to increase the difficulty as you get fitter.
