Food Additives No preservatives, colourants, flavourants…. eg: Aspartame, benzoic acid, carrageenan, MSG, Sulfates, sulfites, nitrates, nitrites, guar gum. Salt, pepper and herbs
Fruit None All fruits are allowed in moderation
Grains Oats, Rice, Millet, Quinoa, Wheat, Rye,Barley… No grains allowed
Legumes Dried Beans, Lentils, Chick Peas, Soy/Endamame and Peanuts Snap Peas, String/Green beans.
Meat Processed meats may contain wheat, preservatives, emulsifiers and colourants and may be sulfur cured. Beef, Bacon (check it is wood smoked), Turkey, Fish, Ostrich, Game.
Nuts and Seeds All nuts; Almonds, Cacao, Coffee, Cashews, Macadamia, Sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds, Sesame seeds etc. None
